📳 Asset App: from system of record… to system of execution
This is where things get really interesting. With the continued rollout of the Asset App, we're closing the gap between planning and execution in the field.
Contractors can now receive automatically dispatched work orders as tasks, execute work directly in the app — even offline — and add resolutions, signatures, and completed reports that sync back to Asset automatically. On top of that, this release introduces custom forms for preventive maintenance, multilingual support, native push notifications, and fully customisable PDF reports per customer.
The result: less paperwork, faster execution, and real-time visibility for back-office teams. This is a critical step toward a fully connected field service experience.
Enhanced login and UI aligned to WCAG standards, improved keyboard support, and new multilingual coverage — now including Spanish and Italian.
